Genius Foundation is a Non-Profit Registered Charitable Trust – under the Indian Registration Act, India, Govt. of India-wide registration no. Regd.No.E /20683/Ahmedabad /24th July 2014, which aims to celebrate and honour the exceptional achievements of individuals in various fields across India. Its primary goal is to inspire and empower people to achieve excellence, foster innovation, and bring about positive change in Indian society and the world. By recognizing outstanding accomplishments, the Genius Foundation aims to create a legacy of success, encourage collaboration, and catalyse continuous growth and advancement
Benefit to Save Tax:
The Government of India has made provisions to encourage people to make donations. This means that one (individual/organization) can donate their money towards a social cause and claim exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donating to an NGO is the best way to gain income tax exemption. While donating towards a foundation, you as an individual or a corporation can claim for a 50% deduction at the time of filing your income tax return.
The Foundation is registered under Section 12A (a) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and under the Indian Trusts Act, of 1882.
