Dr.C.S.Buch practicing as internal medicines specialist has been a trainer for training the doctors for disability certification as per the Rehabilitation Council of India but it is his contribution to multiple disabilities where he tried to defeat the disabilities of the afflicted persons by creating events or solutions that are innovative and have lead to new learning, skill set and capacity building and moral boosting amongst differently abled special children and adults.
